3 - Multiple Listing Service. Your home will immediately be advertised in the MLS. This is a service that is used by Buyers Agents to keep their clients informed of properties on the market for sale. This is the best way to inform and encourage cooperating brokers to show your home.
4 - Photographer. A photographer will take an exterior photograph of your home within a few days. These will be used with the listing sheet and display advertising. Attractive photos are a great way to present your home and raise interest. For the best pictures, try to keep the garage door closed, the yard neat, and cars out of the driveway.
5 - Showings. Salespeople from our company, as well as our cooperating brokers, will want to show your home. An appointment will always be made in advance and you will have the name of the agent and an approximate arrival time.
6 - Following up on showings. We look forward to any feedback or information that you may have regarding potential buyers or agents. This may be helpful when we reach out to those agents to gauge their buyers level of interest or feedback. We will keep you informed of any pertinent information that we get through his contact.
